Vision, Values & Christian Ethos
All Saints’ CE Primary School is a Church of England primary school and part of the St Edmundsbury and Ipswich Multi-Academy Trust.
As the only Church of England primary school in Newmarket, we are proud to serve the parishes of All Saints Church and St Mary’s Church, while welcoming children and families of all faiths and none.
Our Christian ethos shapes the way we learn, work together and care for one another. It underpins our vision for every child and helps create a school community where everyone is valued, supported and encouraged to flourish.
Our Vision
At All Saints’, our vision is rooted in Scripture and reflects what we want every child to experience during their time with us.
Vision Statement
At All Saints’ our vision is to encourage every child to dream without limits, believe in their God-given potential, and achieve their highest aspirations. Through our Christian values, rooted in the Fruits of the Spirit, we shape our curriculum, relationships and decision-making, ensuring that every child is known, loved and valued as a unique child of God (Jeremiah 29:11); fostering a strong sense of belonging and purpose.
Our vision guides the decisions we make as a school and helps us create an environment where children can grow academically, socially and spiritually.
At All Saints’ we are ‘known, loved and valued’.
DREAM – BELIEVE – ACHIEVE
‘For I know what I have planned for you, ‘says the Lord. I have plans to prosper you, not to harm you. I have plans to give you a future filled with hope.’
Jeremiah 29:11
Our Values
Christian values are at the heart of school life.
Through values such as friendship, courage, service, honesty, forgiveness and perseverance, we encourage children to think about how they treat others, how they respond to challenges and how they can make a positive contribution to their community.
These values are woven through teaching, relationships, collective worship and everyday life at All Saints’.
Collective Worship
Collective Worship gives our whole school community time to come together, reflect and consider how our values can be lived out in everyday life.
It is rooted in the traditions of the Christian faith while remaining inclusive and welcoming to pupils and families of all religious backgrounds and those of no faith.
